Misha Collins as Castiel. Angel.
A seraphim angel who is a close friend of the Winchesters. Unlike other angels, he treats people more favorably and doesn't neglect them. Possesses many superpowers.
Noname aka Victor as Vicky Lopez (Painter)
An ordinary person living in a small town. He is n't familiar with the supernatural, he isn't familiar with monsters, and he doesn't know about the existence of characters from the mythology of all countries, times and peoples. A local artist who, according to Castiel, creates the world on canvas. His first appearance is in Castiel's dream. In the course of events, the Angel realizes that it wasn't just a dream. As it turned out, the man from the dream turns out to be a real inhabitant of the earth.
Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester Hunter
Eldest son of John and Mary Winchester, brother of Sam. In fact, it was Dean who raised his brother, considers himself responsible for Sam and protects him with all his might. Prefers to «hunt» rather than live a «normal» life. He is distinguished by his sense of humor, which does not leave him even in the most hopeless situations, although, in fact, he hides his true emotions behind jokes. Immeasurably loves his car — a 1967 Chevrolet Impala, which he calls «baby».
Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester Hunter
Youngest son of John and Mary Winchester. Sam has always wanted to live a normal life and never have to deal with supernatural beings. Nomadic life isn't for him. The guy was always interested in studying and, unlike his brother, he was not an obedient soldier in the war against evil spirits. If Dean can be described as a daredevil, then Sam is more of an intellectual, he has a calmer character.
Ruth Connell as Rowena MacLeod
A powerful witch and Crowley's mother.
Mark Pellegrino as Lucifer
Also known as the Devil and Satan, the first fallen archangel and creator of demons, revered by them as a father.
Mark Sheppard as Crowley (Fergus MacLeod) Crossroad Demon, King of Hell
A powerful demon and the Crossroads King, Lilith's right hand and later the King of Hell. For the first time, Becky Rosen is mentioned, who said that the colt was given not to Lilith, but to Crowley. Unlike other demons, Crowley does not support Lucifer because he believes that Lucifer will kill them all after the people, and it's likely that he's right.
Samantha Smith as Mary Winchester
Her full name is Mary Sandra Winchester (née Campbell). Wife of John Winchester, mother of Sam and Dean Winchester.
Alexander Calvert as Jack (Nephilim, Son of lucifer)
Nephilim, biologically the son of Lucifer and Kelly Kline, but considers Castiel to be his father. Jack looks more like a mother than a father. He is not alien to sympathy and compassion. It is the Earth that Jack considers his home, and calls the Winchester brothers and Castiel his family, while other angels, including Lucifer, mean nothing to him.
Osric Chau as Kevin Tran
A student of great promise, but after being struck by lightning, he became a prophet and keeper of the Word of God.
